Wild & Stone’s eco bottle brush uses bristles that are tough enough to cut through grease, mould, and dirt without scratching your bottle. At the end of its life, this brush is completely biodegradable.
This eco bottle brush is the perfect alternative to a traditional plastic brush. Bottles are notoriously difficult to clean, epically those with a narrow neck, but it’s essential to keep them fresh and hygienic.
Make the swap to this 1/4 litre eco-friendly bottle brush, made from FSC® certified beechwood with Tampico Fibre bristles.
Once you have finished with this item, simply pull out the bristles from the brush with a plier, and pull out the metal wire from the wooden handle. The bristles and wooden handle can then go into your compost bin, and the metal wire into your recycling.
What are Tampico Fibre bristles?
The Tampico Fibre comes from a type of cactus called Agave Lechuguilla. It only grows naturally in one region of Mexico.
This fibre is strong and durable, and its tiny hooks give it a slightly abrasive quality that comes from nature. It soaks up 65% more water than plastic bristles, and it doesn't lose its shape or texture over time, so it's perfect for a dish brush.
What is FSC® 100% Certified Beechwood?
FSC® is a globally recognised certification scheme. This means that the wood used in this product is certified against the principles and criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council®, including values such as maintaining the forest’s ecosystem, upholding indigenous people’s rights of land ownership, and a commitment to maintain or enhance the forests used.
This is a packaging free product and will be shipped to you with only a label.
