Processing Times
We currently fulfil the majority of orders from our fulfilment centre. At times we may use Amazon Fulfilment to complete certain orders as required. We want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, so we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can. All orders placed before 12pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery aims are excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer five convenient shipping options:

• UK Super Saver - Delivery aim 3-7 working days (0 - 750g)
• UK Standard - Delivery aim 3-5 working days (751g - 2.0kg)
• UK Express - Delivered within 2 working days
• Premium DPD Next Working Day - Delivered next working day (2.0kg +)
• Free Delivery - Delivery aim 3-5 working days (automatically applied to UK orders over £30)

▼European Orders

• Royal Mail EMEA Standard - Delivery aim 3-5 days but may take up to 15 days: £8.50

▼Rest of World

• Royal Mail ROW Standard - Delivery aim 5-10 days but may take up to 30 days: £12.50

Customer Service
When you place your order, we will request your email address. This is so we can send you a receipt and acknowledgement that your order has been sent. We also request a contact number, which can be your mobile or landline. This will allow us to assist you in the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your delivery.
