Processing Times
We currently fulfil the majority of orders from our fulfilment centre. At times we may use Amazon Fulfilment to complete certain orders as required. We want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, so we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can. All orders placed before 12pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery aims are excluding weekends and public holidays.

UK Orders

We offer five convenient shipping options:

  • Free on orders over £30 (Royal Mail Standard)
  • Royal Mail Standard - Delivery aim 2-3 days: £2.50/£3.50 (cost dependant on weight)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery aim 48 hours: £4.50
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Delivery aim 24 hours: £5.50
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next working day: £7.50
European Orders
  • Royal Mail EMEA Standard - Delivery aim 3-5 days but may take up to 15 days: £8.50
Rest of World
  • Royal Mail ROW Standard - Delivery aim 5-10 days but may take up to 30 days: £14.95

Royal Mail Strikes
The Communication Workers Union has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on the 24th, 25th and 30th of November and the 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th of December 2022. Items posted the day before, during or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay. Please take this into account when ordering from Wild & Stone. Customer Service
When you place your order, we will request your email address. This is so we can send you a receipt and acknowledgement that your order has been sent. We also request a contact number, which can be your mobile or landline. This will allow us to assist you in the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your delivery.
