Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Prices
To view wholesale prices you must register as a Wholesaler see here https://www.wildandstone.com/pages/wholesale. Wholesale prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and are including VAT. An invoice will be sent that shows VAT listed separately. We reserve the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice. Our Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are shown on our website.

3rd Party Marketplaces

We do not allow our products to be sold on any third-party marketplace sites such as Amazon or eBay. This is strictly prohibited.

Products
Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock the product will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.  

Minimum Order
We currently offer a no minimum order policy which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish.

Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery option. Please click here for full details of all our delivery options including international shipping information.

Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Payments can be made online or via BACS.

Payment Terms
Please contact us directly to discuss any credit terms that have been agreed with your business.

Damages
In the unfortunate event that you may receive a damaged product, please email customerservices@wildandstone.com within 5 working days to report the item. Our Customer Care team will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods without agreed authorisation.
