Processing Times
We currently fulfil the majority of orders from our fulfilment centre, at times we may use Amazon fulfilment to complete certain orders as required. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can, as we want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
All orders placed by 12pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping Times
Currently you can choose from four convenient shipping options:

• Royal Mail Standard 5-7 working day delivery: £2.50. 
• Royal Mail Standard 48hr tracked delivery: £4.50 Normally delivered within 3-5 working days
• Royal Mail Express 24hr tracked delivery: £5.50  Normally delivered within 1-2 working days.  
• Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day: £7.50 Guaranteed to be delivered the next working day before 1pm, includes tracking and signature upon delivery.

International Orders
European delivery is offered at a rate of £8.50. EU countries delivery aim is 3-5 days. Other European countries may take up to 15 days.

North America Delivery is offered at a rate of £14.95 with a delivery aim of 5-10 days.

Please note -  for any order requiring our gift wrapping service, the cut off date will be 1 working day prior to the above.

Customer Service
When you place your order, we will request your email address. This is so we can send you a receipt and acknowledgement that your order has been sent.
As part of the order process, we also request a contact number, which can be your mobile or landline. This will allow us to assist you in the unlikely event you experience any issues with your delivery.
