Mr
I'd urge anyone who cares about biodegradable to make sure you read the description, like most bamboo toothbrushes unfortunately not plastic free - the bristles are nylon. You can get 3 the same for 99p from b&m.
Wild And Stone
Hi Duck,
Absolutely, we are the team that truly care about biodegradable products and we do not hide the fact we use nylon bristles. We use DuPont nylon bristles which are non toxic and have used no harsh chemicals or dyes. Unfortunately, unless these bristles are used, our toothbrushes cannot be recommended by the dental association. We are aware that you can purchase something that looks similar for 99p but please be aware, these do not use DuPont nylon, nor use FSC certified bamboo (ours do) and we cannot imagine for that price that they are using fair pay and ethical working conditions, do you? We pay over the required minimum for all our workers and champion women in the workplace. As they say, you get what you pay for.
And as you stated above, we'd urge anyone who cares about true biodegradability and sustainability to read the description which can be seen here;

So, thanks for helping us clear that up!
